It is important that one must learn to be an advocate of social responsibility and contribute to community development. Britespark has been engaging their students in outreach programs to learn the value of helping others and the less fortunate members of the society. This year, Britespark invited foodpanda to witness how great it is to be a Britespark student!
foodpanda is proud to be part of one meaningful event this year, Britesparks’ outreach fundraising event, Beauty and the Beast with BIS: The Beauty and the Beast Block Screening and Disney Cosplay Outreach event. An event where you can watch one amazing play but also get to help others. The event includes a cosplay activity which is a parade of Disney character outfits and prop. It will take place at Cinema 5 of Eastwood Cinemas, Eastwood Mall, Eastwood Ave, Bagumbayan, Quezon City. On March 18, Saturday, 1:30pm – 4:00pm. The event aims to raise funds and provide ventriculoperitoneal shunt systems for children afflicted with hydrocephalus. Their beneficiaries are groups of patients who are in urgent need of this medical device for surgery to manage and treat the illness.
Since foodpanda thinks that this event is super awesome, we are delighted to come and distribute special and exciting gifts to all the guests! We want to join Britesparks in fighting the beast of human distress and pain that come with physical illnesses, and create the beauty of what we can accomplish as one united community!
